Setting Changes

• Set the default resolution to fullscreen
• Update the audio menu to continue playing music that's being tested when navigating

Visual Changes

• Add "On-board" low-fuel and level-up banners
• Fix the "ghost bar" visual not resetting on end game

• Refactor audio system, music transitions should sound snappier
